Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dilettante they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Gardener, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Dean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared.
