History: Randal lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Randal was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Randal's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom
