History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Detective born in the past three hundred years. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: The child of a Locksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Charles was taken on many hunting expeditions. A freak accident while working with his Locksmith father left him crippled. He became a Detective soon after.
