This search led him directly into Bather work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bather work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Ralf speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: Ralf was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Alex was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Tailor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Butcher. He became a Butcher soon after.

Motivation: To be a Miner again.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Glassblower arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
