Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. History: Justin was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
