The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and money/treasure

Description: He is dressed in earthy colors with a yellow and black handkerchief worn on his right side. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His ears are large.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Thomas hails from a village terrorized by drow. He found a children's book about a Human Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 58. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. A true patriot, Balimaar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a Doctor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
