History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Ralf was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Courier. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
