Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Chad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Guy was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When Guy reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with his old friends

He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His black hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His silver hair is still thick. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heward was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is content.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he is typically in his Layabout uniform. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Roger embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His childhood dream was to be a Roofer, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Roofer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand his business.
