Description: A 5'1" eastern man, he wears a blue coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. He has a very tight haircut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: William was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, William and his spouse have recently divorced.
