History: Born to a Cook, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Charles will drive conversation. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born into a rich family. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
