History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. After a long history of fighting, Don and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Conrad was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Knight, but he got bored and became a Cartwright. He's also a talented Knight, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Don was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Don's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
