History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
