This search led him directly into Mortician work with an outfit from a few towns over. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a Sculptor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Peter grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
