Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.
