History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Diggory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Tim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mercenary. He has achieved small success as a Mercenary.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to get a good night's sleep
