Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. Hugh enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
