Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theobald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and a deep hatred of brigands
