Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He very much looks the part of a Baker. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student he started as a Scribe, but he got bored and became a Baker. He struck the Baker job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, marred by sweets. His hair is cut close to his head. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Tim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are amber and beady.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bertram grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

He carries with him a set of ceremonial daggers, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he seems to be bored by most things
