Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: Adelard was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Personality: Hubert is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and regain custody of his son

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Baker and was forced into it by his family.

Description: He wears bulky green painted plate armor. He carries with him a set of scythes, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is long and black with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small green clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Kody is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
