History: Adam hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, Adam and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lewis grew up listening to his mother's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. During his travels, Lewis and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Lewis discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Lewis fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
