His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Miles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Clerebold hails from a village terrorized by drow. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
