His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Peter is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Jeweler, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Performer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
