History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Personality: Lance hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Lance is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the north to a Roofer, Lance learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Roofer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Roofer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He got into the Sellsword business at a young age. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Anthony liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chad grew up listening to his father's many stories. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
