Description: 5'0" and muscular, this eastern man is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and violet handkerchief worn on his left side. His black hair is lengthy. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This light-skinned male wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. During his travels, Trey and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Trey discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Trey fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Description: He is a husky man, who is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Arnold is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Gunter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gunter was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and revenge

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He sports a flattop hair cut. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: Roger was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult.
