History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sailor and was forced into it by his family; and to be a armorer again

Motivation: To be a Laborer again; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Norman alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
