His mother taught him the rudiments of the Miner arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerald grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cook for the past few years.
