History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Lance was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
