Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hubert was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Ernest enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His childhood dream was to be a Dilettante, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: This man stands a little under 6'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull black iron scale mail. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
