Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Rolf's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He worked as a nervous Servant and found it very stressful. He became a Servant soon after.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Architect mother left him crippled. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
