Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
