Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has a very tight haircut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively, and he perpetually has his quarterstaff ready. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kyle fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He sports a flattop hair cut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Hubert is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Hubert was born with his father's beautiful face. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He found a children's book about a Human Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
