History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A freak accident while working with his Mason mother left him crippled. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Gerard took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now.
