History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Balimaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: He was born in a small mountains village. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Tim and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
