History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Roger was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Roger alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Percival grew up listening to his mother's many stories. After coming to the age of reason, Percival took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Roofer, but he got bored and became a Jeweler. He struck the Jeweler job and began his own company from there.
