Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. The war was a terrible time for him, and John does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When John reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to work out more often
