Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 83. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Tanner but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: The child of a Dilettante, who enjoyed hunting, Balimaar was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Dustin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is content; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He became a Dyer soon after.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: This northern man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His clothes are grease stained in places. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Barber profession.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
