History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Robert was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Lewis is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Stylist, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and to clean up the streets
