Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His skin is flawless and his hazel eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When Jocelyn reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions.
