Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He takes great joy in being the best Shepherd in town.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student he started as a Bounty Hunter, but he got bored and became a Shepherd. He has worked as a Shepherd like his mother before him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a tattered pair of loose tan pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His hair is cut close to his head. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Conrad was born with his father's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: An older man who dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with pastel slacks, he is not a threatening figure. He sports a flattop hair cut. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. During his travels, Alexandre and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Alexandre discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Alexandre fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
