Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Healer business.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to share knowledge with the world

History: Patrick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Ruler; and balancing his hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult
