History: Born to a Glassblower, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Armorer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Randal is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born in a small forest village. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Marshal. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
