History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. William fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, tan shirt, and white tie. He sports a flattop hair cut. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a blue coat. He has moderate length brown hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and doesn't want to be a carpenter and was forced into it by his family

History: Robert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His first spouse was a Server, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has achieved small success as a Fortune-teller.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fortune-teller and was forced into it by his family; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
