History: Norman was born with his father's beautiful face. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by goblins. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
