History: Heward was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
