History: Simon hails from a village terrorized by orcs. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Simon took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Dustin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Justin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with his sister.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longbow.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he desires power and/or immortality
