History: Born in the east to a Roofer, Justin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Justin was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has achieved small success as a Roofer.

History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Bertram was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He has worked as a Ruler like his father before him.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His first spouse was a Bellfounder, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature warhammer.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
