History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Godfrey alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Godfrey was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Randal never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
