Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Alex was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and doesn't want to be a bricklayer and was forced into it by his family

Description: He wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a spear, but if one is not available he will default to his shortbow. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Dustin isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Dustin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
