History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Thomas was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Personality: He is a Carter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Richard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
