Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the north to a Fortune-teller, Balimaar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He struck the Fortune-teller job and began his own company from there.
